Experienced Business Analysts having good domain knowledge about retails lending (mortgages and related product variants) and Corporate Lending (various products - construction finance, term loans, project finance, etc., collateral management, and #Loanservicing / #LoanManagementSystem)
Experience in the range of 8 to 10 years
Preferably postgraduate from reputed university/institutes.
Experience in working as Business Analyst in Banking / NBFCs or HFCs
Should have strong domain expertise in retail lending and corporate lending as detailed above
Should be having expertise in defining business requirements, writing BRD, FSDs, developing mock screens, etc.
Should be good in conducting business impact analysis, understanding and collating business requirements in the Change Control process
Should have exposure to Functional Testing, UAT (Manual and automation tools)
Should have experience in working on implementation projects for some of the standard #LOS / #LMS solutions available in the market from vendors such as Infosys, Nucleus, TCS
Should possess excellent communication skills
Should be a self-starter, well experienced on internal and external #stakeholdersmanagement, #projectmanagement, etc.
