Candidate with Below skills required. Experience 3-4 years total experience

• Responsible for all aspects of LANDesk Management Suite (LDMS) or any other IT OPS tool
• Handle LANDesk related presales activity

·        Install and maintain demos and software on presales equipment.

·        Use corporate applications, emails, and communication vehicles.

·        Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge.

• Develop job related expertise and communication skills.
• Security Suite (LDSS), LANDesk Data Analytics (LDDA), and LANDesk Cloud Services Appliance (CSA)
• Ensure complete & accurate systems and software Discovery & Inventory
• In accordance with standards; facilitate software licensing monitoring &management
• Maintain Self Service Portal
• Facilitate Mobile Device Management capabilities
• Ensure standards and build specifications are consistently applied and maintain
• Software Distribution environment
• Ensure Remote Control functionality
• Define, create and support OS Imaging, Provisioning and post deployment activities including Hardware-Independent Provisioning

 

Technical Competency Requirement:

·              Enterprise Windows ADS & Exchange environment including Windows Migrations, DNS/DHCP.

·              MS Platform resilient deployment (Cluster / Load Balancer)

·              Configure Windows 2008/2012 R2 Server.

·               Installing VMware vCenter Server, standard Virtual Switches.

·              Experience of VMware, Windows 2008/2012, Active Directory Group Policies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN , SQL Server Management

·              Hands on experienced on Windows Operating System (Client OS Windows 8/8.1/10, Server OS 2003/2008/2012) with respect to installation, configuration & troubleshooting.

·              Hands on experienced on Patch Management/Software Deployment techniques on LANDesk or any equivalent technologies like WSUS, SCCM, Altiris, Kaseya, etc.

·              Working knowledge on SQL (2008/2012/2014) database will be an added advantage. 

 Qualifications:

• LDMS (management suite) experience in large enterprise environments
• LANDesk Certification Preferred
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP, MCSA, MCSE or MCDBA)
• Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent experience

 3-4 years’ Experience

 B.E OR BCA

Or Diploma in Computer electronics
