VAUCH InfoTech is looking for an RPA Lead Developer / Analyst to undertake on hands-on development, configuration and testing of process automation as per defined business requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to develop RPA objects and processes that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and in line with Investec /Blue Prism coding standards as part of a geographically distributed CIB Blue Prism RPA Team.

Key competencies and skills for this role:

• 3-5+ years’ experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB or Java)

• 3-5+ years’ experience in the design and development of Robotic Automation Processes (Blue Prism)

• RPA certificate with Blue Prism preferable but UI Path or Automation Anywhere are acceptable alternatives

• Full software Delivery Life Cycle experience

• Experience in creating custom Blue Prism VBO with scripting

• Knowledge of RPA design and development best practices

• Previously delivered Proof-of-Concept, Pilot or strategic automations (objects and processes)

• RPA Certification advantageous

• Azure experience advantageous
