Required Qualification
- Graduate (preferred) in any stream with an additional Diploma in Hardware & Networking / Computer Application from a reputed & recognized university/Institute
Experience
- Minimum 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in the IT domain
- Candidates with experience & skills in Mfg. the domain will be given first preference
Technical Skills
- Sound experience in Network Security aspects, installation, administration, etc.
- Should have exposure in the user equipment (Desktop / Laptop) & other peripheral maintenance
- Familiar with data processing techniques and exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Should have an understanding of basic networking & Security
- Should be familiar with system administration tools and processes
- Should have Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

Required Age: 31 - 33 Years
1) Job Purpose:
- To ensure IT performance standards by maintaining high standards of service support, Management of Hardware, Software, Licenses etc.
- Lead the delivery of the IT projects from HO into the plant location
- To ensure user satisfaction and comprehending user needs and adapt to support business operations
2) Principal Accountabilities:
- Organize and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) and Navision
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
- Responsible for managing all IT infrastructure: IT Hardware- Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management & Maintenance, Manage LAN/ WAN and internet connectivity.
- To maintain the integrity and continual operation of the IT network and Ensuring Uptime of WAN & Internet connectivity and Monitor/co-ordinate with service providers for minimum ERT in case of failure or downtime.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system and provide maintenance and reactive support
- Timely testing and up-gradation of Products.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
- Develop, review, and certify all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusion
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures and timely co-ordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
- Maintain the security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.
- Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
- To maintain a current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
- Ensuring timely preparation of report delivery planner based on the inputs received from Local IT & HO
- Identify and develop various applications and supporting each department to manage the efficiency level
- To assist HOD with functional specifications of customizations and integrations required for implementations
- Manage and maintain implementation of projects (Infra, Software) on time, in full and within Budgets
- Lead the initiation, implementation and adoption of IT programs including automation, on the latest digital technologies
- Initiate the Industry 4.0 concepts via appropriate IT interventions and drive savings on cost, time, process efficiency (Including programs like: paperless manufacturing locations)
